JunoPacific Celebrates Opening of New Facility for Medical Device Design, Development, and Manufacturing with Congressman Paulsen

As part of the Cretex Medical group of companies which provide turn-key injection molding, precision machining, stamping, assembly and engineering services for the medical device industry, JunoPacific, Inc., a premier medical device design, development, and manufacturing company, celebrated the opening of a new state-of-the-art facility with a large open house for customers, employees, and honored guest, Congressman Erik Paulsen. Located northwest of the Twin Cities in Anoka, the facility has over 60,000 square feet of design, development, and manufacturing space to support JunoPacific’s Fortune 500 clients as well as a diverse array of medical start-ups. Additionally, the facility has over 18,000 square feet of clean room space for manufacturing and assembly of all classes of medical devices from disposables to implantable products. Specific sections of the building are also dedicated to silicone molding and 3D printing capabilities.

While touring the facility, Congressman Paulsen stated, “It’s wonderful to see the significant investment made by JunoPacific in the continually growing medical device expertise here in the Minneapolis area.” He added, “It is a pleasure to participate in recognizing this significant milestone for the community and for JunoPacific.” The new facility currently employs over 125 people and is expected to grow by another 25% to 50% over the next two years. JunoPacific also has three other facilities in the Midwest and West Coast.

The open house was also celebrated by executives from Cretex Companies, Inc. JunoPacific is a part of Cretex Medical, a group of five medical device engineering and contract manufacturing firms (JunoPacific, rms, rms Surgical, Meier, and Spectralytics). Lynn Schuler, Cretex President & CEO, remarked, “It is great to see the increased momentum that this new facility brings to JunoPacific and to the breadth of capabilities provided by our Cretex Medical companies.”
